Lowes- Timonium MD Consumer Complaint
Do NOT use Lowes for fencing. Despite some concerns, I decided to use Lowes bc they were about $1000 less than the other estimates that I received. It is now 5 weeks after they charged my credit card for $5000 and I still don't have a fence. They estimated 2-3 weeks and assured me that it would be completed in no more than a month. I have 3 emails from the sales rep apologizing for "poor communication" and yet I still have no resolution.
